Whole Food Plant-Based Resources

Whole Food Plant-Based Resources

There are so many useful resources on the Internet to help you succeed at the Whole Foods Plant-Based Lifestyle.

I am going to share the ones that I have found to be helpful. There is something for everyone. Share your finds on my Facebook page, Whole Health Whole Planet. I love to hear about new resources! Like the page and keep up with all that is happening in the Whole Foods Plant-Based world!

Here are some YouTube videos to get you started. If you have watched What the Health, you might want to watch the interview with Dr. Neal Barnard first. He answers questions about the skepticism that has been circulating around the Internet about the film.

There are lots of books and a few truly informative films that I recommend. I have included my top picks on my WFPB Books and Films page.

The film, Eating You Alive, has not been widely distributed yet, but there is a wonderful resource page on the film’s website

Forks Over Knives is a great place to visit for everything. You can find the basics for the Whole Foods Plant-Based diet, recipes, and success stories, which will provide all the motivation you need. I have the Forks Over Knives app on my iPhone, and I love it. You’ll save the $4.99 you spend on it on your first trip to the grocery store if you use the shopping list feature.

Let me know on my Whole Health Whole Planet Facebook Page what information you need, and I will find it for you!
