Blogging to Find Your Path

Blogging to Find Your Path

March 24, 2018 Off By Deby Jizi

When I read Jeff Goins’s article Why You Should Start a Blog (Even if You’re Not a Writer)it made a lot of sense to me. I have always wanted to write, but I have been confused about what to write.

I’ve always felt that I have something to say, but until recently, I didn’t know what that was. Jeff’s short article on blogging immediately came to mind as I realized that the little bit of blogging I have been doing has led me straight to finding my path.

This blog is going to change, radically, in the coming months. I am regrouping and working on new content. My mission now is clear.

I will add that the work of Viktor Frankl has also been instrumental in this process. Instead of pursuing what life has to offer me, I am learning to ask what life is asking of me.

“Ultimately, man should not ask what the meaning of his life is, but rather must recognize that it is he who is asked. In a word, each man is questioned by life; and he can only answer to life by answering for his own life; to life he can only respond by being responsible.”

I thought I would share Goins’s article on my blog because no matter what your path is, writing might be a way of helping you find it.
